Effective 25 October 2013, DNSSEC was implemented for .BY (Belarus)
DNSSEC will first be assigned to the domains of state organizations such as
mil.by and gov.by. Later on, Registrars will be provided with possibility to
assign DNSSEC service to any second level domain name in ccTLD .BY
