CENTR is inviting proposals from providers to operate a domain crawler that will enable analysis of domain properties and usage across participating ccTLDs.
The selected provider will be responsible for:
🔹 Running the crawling process
🔹 Processing and classifying the collected data
🔹 Delivering structured outputs for CENTR and its members
Key Details:
- Submission Deadline: 17:00 CEST, September 30th, 2025
- Contract Duration: 1 year renewable
The chosen candidate will operate a domain crawler to analyse domain properties and usage across participating ccTLDs, processing -30 TLDs with 50K domains each for monthly scanning.
What We're Looking For:
- Secure, GDPR-compliant data processing within EU/EEA
- Classification based on Signs of Life methodology
- S3-compatible storage with member-specific data access
- Quality assurance with screenshot capture and accuracy reporting
