Call for Tender - CENTR Crawler

 CENTR is launching a Call for Tender for the provision and operation of a domain crawler for CENTR.

 Key Details:

• CENTR Full and Associate Members Priority Period: July 7th – September 16th, 2025
• Submission Deadline: 17:00 CEST, September 30st, 2025
• Contract Duration: 1 year renewable

The selected provider will operate a domain crawler to analyse domain properties and usage across participating ccTLDs, processing -30 TLDs with 50K domains each for monthly scanning.

What We're Looking For:

• Secure, GDPR-compliant data processing within EU/EEA
• Classification based on Signs of Life methodology
• S3-compatible storage with member-specific data access
• Quality assurance with screenshot capture and accuracy reporting
