We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our small team and serve our international and multilingual membership. We would like our new team member to start between September and November 2024.
More about us: CENTR is a membership association which brings together European national internet domain name registries such as the organisations that operate .fr and .eu. Our Members basically make the internet work. CENTR currently counts 51 full and 8 associate Members – together, they are responsible for over 80% of all registered domain names worldwide.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Answer Members’ queries and provide them with 5-star support (they are awesome, so it’s very rewarding to help them out)
- Support the team: travel management, HR support, event support
- Manage the office and help us adapt to a changing workplace world
- Events management: you will run CENTR meetings in Belgium and assist our members when hosting CENTR meetings in every corner of Europe
- Finance support: planning, spending and monitoring the budget, overseeing payments and supporting our accountant
- Administrative support: helping the General Manager with contracting, compliance and HR-related work, preparing the non-recurrent bonus plan
- Collect statistics about Members’ usage of CENTR services - data is our compass for continuous improvement
- Help our Data Analyst with collecting survey responses and keeping our knowledge database updated
- Support the Community Manager with outreach and communication tasks such as the publication of a monthly newsletter
- Provide the team and General Manager with other support as needed

Skills and qualifications
- Office management/executive assistant experience for at least 2-3 years
- Written and spoken fluency in English and French or Dutch is a must
- Event management experience is a plus
- Membership association experience is a benefit
- Excellent use of Microsoft 365 Office tools
- Professional, reliable and with great attention to detail
- Well-organised, good at prioritising and meeting deadlines
- Positive attitude and team-player, while able to work autonomously
- Curious and keen to grow and learn
- Availability to work in person in Brussels twice a week
- Willingness to travel in Europe (up to five 3-day trips per year)
