CENTR has just published the second paper of its 20th Anniversary series, written for it by Sandoche Balakrichenan (Afnic), entitled Parsing hope from hype: should domain name registries care about IoT?
The article touches on what a registry is, and why in recent times registries have needed to diversify their revenue, suggesting that the DNS could be used to map Internet of Things namespaces.
